Melissa Greene, PHR Bio

Melissa Greene, PHR is an HR business partner with W. L. Gore & Associates,Inc. working with the Global Fabrics division.  She has over  20 years experience in the Human Resource field, working in a variety of businesses
and HR functions within Gore.  She has spent time as a specialist working in training, benefits and recruiting and the last 15 years as a generalist practitioner.  As an HR business partner, she is committed to leveraging
Gore's associates and culture to achieve outstanding business results.

Melissa is a graduate of Wilmington University in Delaware with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Resource Management.  She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources.  She has been an active Board
Member of the Delaware Society for Human Resource Management for over 9 years in several different capacities and is currently serving as the Past President .  She is also an active member of the National Society for Human
Resource Management.
