This event is approved for 2.5 SHRM and HRCI PDCs
A simulation of the challenges faced by individuls transitioning from incarceration back to thier communities.
This interactive event is designed to place participants "in the shoes" of a recently incarcerated individual. The simulation exposes participants to the difficulties formerly incarcerated persons face upon reentering the community.
It is our hope that this simulation will identify ways we can collaborate to improve the likelihood of success for returning citizens.
Presented by Project New Start in partnership with the US Attorney's Office District of Delaware.
