SHRM Delaware State Council is pleased to announce:

Confidence is one of the most important elements to becoming a compelling leader, and it starts with a winning attitude, but it also takes development. When you take charge, you must lead in a way that develops you and your team.   It isn’t about embracing leadership. It’s whether you’re prepared to lead in the environment of the future.

If you’ve been in a leadership role for a while, resist the temptation of just going through the motions. Step back and remember the real reasons why you are needed as a leader. When you do that, you will grow to be a more Remarkable Leader.

This training will help prepare you to be that type of leader catapulting you from someone waiting in the wings to a leader who takes center stage. Learn how to enhance your approach.
