What if you held in your hand the instruction manual for dealing with your manager and coworkers?

Imagine if this manual contained a secret code that could predict how people will behave in a wide range of situations…including how they will react to you?

What if this code not only demystified why you click with some and clank with others, but also revealed the type of work environments where you are likely to thrive?

Such a framework exists through a simple four-style model of behavior known as the DISC styles. These styles are the foundation for how each thinks and acts and it may just be the most powerful tool you ever learn to maximize your potential.

Merrick Rosenberg has worked with hundreds of companies and thousands of people from all walks of life. He has watched mediocre managers evolve into leaders…teams mired in conflict resolve years of pent-up stress, floundering salespeople transform into superstars, and countless careers revitalized and redirected by individuals who have learned how to fully leverage their natural gifts. Merrick illustrates how self awareness
through DISC is a powerful tool for transforming careers, relationships, and quality of life.
