    Each year the Delaware State (SHRM) Council is pleased to host its Annual Leadership Program for Chapter volunteers. The most significant purpose of your Delaware State Council is to serve as a resource to our state chapters and to be a liaison with National SHRM. One way we can achieve this objective is by presenting an annual Leadership Program that offers a statewide venue for the sharing of best practices, professional information, and successful formats for volunteer leadership. Please refer to http://delawaresc.shrm.org for increased awareness.

    We value your membership and invite you to attend a special leadership program hosted by the SHRM DE State Council for volunteer DESHRM and DelMarva board members. This is an opportunity for you also to meet Phyllis Shurn-Hannah our North East Field Services Director to learn more about the National Society for Human Resources Management and why your local colleagues volunteer in DE.

    If you are a current Delaware Chapter Member please enjoy a lunch and a leadership program on July 25 from12:00 to 4:00 pm at the Christian Hilton for a cost of $10.00.  Non-members are welcome to attend this event and the cost will  include lunch, the leadership program, 2012 and 2013 Delaware SHRM membership dues and HR Certification Credits.  (Please designate which chapter (DESHRM or DELMARVA)you would like to join.

    At Large SHRM Members:           $65.00
    Non-Members                             $95.00
