With the upcoming election, current supreme court hearings and everyone's concern of day-to-day costs, Health care is a hot button issue. Our topic this month will broaden our thinking of traditional health care benefits to better understand wellness as an option in the Health care puzzle.
With the goal of reducing costs and increasing productivity, this program is designed to help HR business partners walk the fine line of representing both employee's needs and the company objectives, by addresses the benefits of a large-scale improvement of health risk factors in employee population.
