    Delaware SHRM at 5:30 pm on August 9, 2011 for a dinner meeting at Christiana Hilton. This month's topic will be presented by Marian W. Vallotton. Marian is the Director of Training and Development with MidAtlantic Employers' Association. Ms. Vallotton (formerly Ms. Ward) will be presenting Navigating Organizational Politics. Last year she presented "Managing the Generation Gap" at our October meeting and was well received by our members.
