    Carol Attwood Kleiman, formerly Vice President, Business Development for Lee Hecht Harrison, now serves as a Master Facilitator and Consulting Associate providing all levels of consultation from group delivery to senior consulting.  Ms. Kleiman also maintains her own consulting practice, the Attwood/Kleiman Group where she works with organizations to improve performance and productivity through engagement. 

    Carol has extensive experience in career and change management using her group facilitation, consultation and business development background.  In her consulting activity, she effectively develops strategies to achieve business objectives for clients at all levels, and has gained a reputation for achieving optimum goals. In addition to her consulting activities, she has also been published in The National Business Employment Weekly and HR Times magazine as well as has performing numerous speaking engagements.  
    Prior to her career management consulting experience, Ms. Kleiman held corporate positions in human resources and sales with Scott Paper Company, a global manufacturer of paper products.  As a corporate facilitator and HR partner, Ms. Kleiman interfaced with all levels of employees and management to ensure productivity and engagement.   
    Ms. Kleiman earned a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's in Counseling, both from The Pennsylvania State University.
